Is NovSMS free to start?
Yes. The Free plan includes all core modules — students, attendance, marks, fees, diary, syllabus, timetable and notifications — for up to 60 students, at no cost. Premium modules unlock on the Basic and Pro plans.
How is pricing structured?
Pricing is per institution, billed monthly in PKR. Basic is Rs 10,000/month and Pro is Rs 25,000/month. There are no setup fees and you can change plans anytime.
Is each institution's data kept separate?
Yes. NovSMS is multi-tenant with strict isolation: every institution has its own private workspace, enforced at the database level with row-level security, plus role-based access and a full audit trail.
Can parents and students log in?
Yes. Teachers, parents and students each get their own role-scoped view — attendance, results, fees, timetable, diary and more — so your whole community stays in the loop.
Do you support online fee payments?
Online payments are available on the Basic and Pro plans, letting parents pay invoices directly. Fee tracking, invoicing and receipts are included free on every plan.
